Welcome to
Noor Cultural and Education Centre
Noor Centre (NCEC) is a not for profit Islamic community organization established in 2018. It is established to be a charity provide an opportunity for the community to learn classical and traditional Islamic Education as outlined by the scholars of Ahlus Sunnah, based on Quran, Sunnah, actions of Sahabah and four authentic schools of Fiqh (Hanafi, Shafi’, Maliki, Hanbali).
In addition to islamic education, Noor Centre takes part in a wide range of community work regardless of their ethnic and religious background. For example: food & clothing donation to the needy, medical help to unprivileged, disaster relief around the world.

Children Maktab
We are excited to announce the opening of our Maktab! Enroll your child today and secure their place in a nurturing learning environment. With limited seats available, we offer classes for children aged 5 to 18, guided by dedicated male and female teachers. Classes will be held every Sunday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by Dhuhur prayer. Don’t miss this opportunity—register now!
Daily Prayers
Noor Centre organises daily prayer in a hired hall in Cranbourne North, Melbourne Australia.
Lectures
Our lectures cover a range of topics, including Islamic spirituality, theology, ethics, and jurisprudence. Our knowledgeable speakers are highly qualified and experienced in their respective fields, and they are passionate about sharing their knowledge with the community. Our lectures are open to everyone, and we encourage questions and discussions to foster a deeper understanding of the topics.
Kids Arabic Classes
We offer Arabic classes for kids of all ages and levels. Our classes are designed to provide a fun and engaging learning environment, with a focus on Quranic Arabic and Islamic terminology. Our experienced teachers are patient and dedicated to nurturing our students' love for the Arabic language and Islamic studies.
Social Work
Alhamdulillah, Noor Centre has celebrated “Clean up Australia day” on 1st March 2020. Participation was great specially youth group has done excellent job. We have collected nearly 2 full bag of rubbish from the nearby garden, carpark, nature’s strips and parks. Many thanks to those organised the events and special thanks to all participants. May Allah SWT give us stamina and motivation to organise every year.
